In Dramatic Reversal, Flake Seeks Additional FBI Investigation Into Kavanaugh
Flake said on Friday that he would vote to advance Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh's nomination in the Senate Judiciary Committee, but wants a one-week delay before the full Senate vote to allow the FBI time to investigate accusations of sexual assault leveled against Judge Kavanaugh.
