Judge tosses conviction of woman who laughed during Sessions hearing
A Washington, DC, judge on Friday tossed out a jury's conviction and called for a new trial for a protester who laughed during Attorney General Jeff Sessions' confirmation hearing, saying that the government made improper arguments during the initial trial.
